… is a regular round of talks in class that follows a specific pattern. By having their own say, children strengthen their self-confidence and sense of responsibility early on and at the same time learn how important fairness and courtesy are for working in a team. The class council solves organizational questions (lesson design, school trips, projects), but also addresses emotional conflicts, personal problems or possible injustices within the class community.
