This program consists of recurring class council sessions. The class council is introduced in school classes to discuss problems and figure out solutions together. Having their own say in the class council allows the students to build their self-esteem and responsibility while at the same time learning to show fairness and respect towards the other students. The class council deals with administrative tasks such as class trips and projects, but it also exists to deal with conflicts, personal problems and injustices in the classroom.
